What's the service?
Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a new national program that creates stronger and fairer pathways into work for people with disability, injury, or long-term health conditions.

What we do
Jesuit Social Services delivers this program in five metropolitan areas across Melbourne to people living with a disability who also have a history of contact with the justice system. Our program not only supports participants into employment across a range of industries but also works with them and their employer for up to 12 months or longer.
This approach ensures participants have the best chance to succeed in work and employers are well-equipped to provide lasting opportunities.
Replacing Disability Employment Services (DES), Inclusive Employment Australia offers more flexible, person-centred support with no time limits on participation. The program is designed to break down barriers, provide the right level of assistance at the right time, and help people build sustainable careers.
With over a decade of experience supporting people in both employment and justice-related programs, Jesuit Social Services understands the unique challenges participants may face. Our tailored support includes job readiness coaching, training and upskilling, linking to wrap-around services, and working with employers to create supportive and inclusive workplaces.
