Jesuit Social Services delivers Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) in five locations across Victoria: Bayside, Calder, Plenty, Westgate and Yarra.

Who we support

We support participants who meet all four of the following criteria:

  • Disability, injury or health condition

  • Any intersection with the justice system

  • Eligible for Centrelink

  • 16 or older

If you meet the criteria, and are looking for work, we can:

  • Help you to explore vocational pathways

  • Assist with employment preparedness and resilience strategies

  • Help you to build your skills so you are ready for work

  • Link you with services and supports to address other barriers getting in the way of work 

  • Link you to real and meaningful employment opportunities

  • Work with employers to facilitate workplace adjustments

We work with all industries, but we have a strong history working with construction, trades, warehousing and hospitality. This means we are well-placed to work with known and trusted partners to find you a role and support you to build a meaningful career in one of these fields.
